Dear Members of the Poole Stake,
This summer approximately 500 volunteers are involved in putting on the British Pageant, a theatrical presentation that uses acting, dance and music to tell the stories of early British and Irish converts to The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
Tickets for the performances to be held on August 2-5 & 8-12 are now available to book via our Stake Pageant Coordinators Brother Robin & Sister Ann Andrews annandrews1956@gmail.com
Organised Travel – Saturday 12 August 2023
Each Stake in the country has been allocated tickets for particular performances. Poole Stake has been allocated 5o tickets for the matinee performance on Saturday 12 August 2023. Tickets for other sessions will become available at a later stage once all the stake block bookings are confirmed.
To support members in attending this performance the stake will organise subsidised travel that will leave from multiple pick-up points in the stake.
The plan will be to arrive in good time to watch the matinee performance and then participate in the Country Fayre before the return journey. Travelling back to the stake after the pageant will mean a late night.
We know that the Pageant can have a positive spiritual impact on people’s lives, and we encourage you to invite someone who you think would benefit from attending. The show can help to strengthen people’s testimonies and faith.
Request tickets by Thursday 8 June – do this by scanning the QR code to the right or clicking the link below.
