Dear brothers and sisters,
We are pleased to invite you to a special multi-stake conference taking place in Southampton on Saturday 9 May and Sunday 10 May 2026. Members of the Poole and Portsmouth Stakes will be joined by Elder Kevin W. Pearson, Europe North Area President, who will preside over the conference, and by Elder Adrian Bettridge, Area Seventy.
During the Sunday morning session, the Poole and Portsmouth Stakes will be reorganised into a single, combined Southampton Stake, as part of plans to strengthen our stakes and wards for the benefit of the members and the work of salvation in this area. A new Stake Presidency will be called and sustained to lead the reorganised Southampton Stake.
This conference weekend will be an opportunity to learn together and to be uplifted by the music, testimonies, and teachings shared. It can also mark a positive and exciting new beginning – both collectively and individually – as we respond to the changes proposed, the instruction given, and the promptings we receive. We hope you will be able to join us.

- Saturday Leadership Session -4.00-5.30pm
